The best players and teams in sports seek coaching and mentoring to gain perspective, develop technical and leadership skills, and provide the accountability and discipline that create success. Business leaders and teams should be no different. The Team Acuity Great Leaders Program (GLP) is designed for executive leaders to receive this type of coaching and advice from not only trained, experienced executive leadership coaches, but also fellow executive leaders with their own experiences and expertise. The goal of the GLP is for each member to sharpen skills in organizational vision, listening, thought and action through the input of peer leaders and Team Acuity coaches.

Combined with our coaching and consulting services, having an experienced attorney at Team Acuity allows us to combine business and legal advice for business and owner success. We focus on business formation, planning and succession, and other general legal advice for topics such as contract review and negotiation, employment contracts and other human resource issues. Whether you are an entrepreneur, start-up or established business, Team Acuity can provide the legal counsel you need for your business.
All legal services provided through Team Acuity are performed by Scott Thomas, an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio since 1993. All legal services and fees are invoiced and accounted for separately from any other coaching or consulting services performed by Team Acuity staff, whether by Scott Thomas or other Team Acuity team member.
